• If your frame doesn’t feel right, send it back within 30 days.
• Must be unused, in original packaging
• Prescription lenses and engraved frames are non-refundable
• One-time exchange allowed for standard frames
• Returns are free in India and the USA
• International customers cover return shipping
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
• Refunds go to the original payment method

10-Year Warranty

Our frames are made to last. If something fails, we’ll fix or replace it.

Covered:

• Structural defects in the frame
• Material inconsistencies (horn, bio-acetate, titanium)
• Faulty hinges or joints

Not covered:

• Lenses, scratches, or damage from wear
• Accidents or improper care
• Third-party repairs or modifications
